What is a Mexican Hotdog? Technically there is probably no such thing as a "Mexican" hot dog but rather Mexico's take on the American tradition. At least that is what my many Hispanic friends have told me! At Pelon's we take a 100% turkey frank and wrap it in a hardwood smoked bacon. It is then deep fried and placed on a bun! Wait a second.
